PSK Pharma supplied over 53 thousand packages of medications for treating diseases in rheumatology, pulmonology and endocrinology to the Moscow Region, valued at over 230 million rubles, under offset contracts.
"We have signed two offset agreements with PSK Pharma worth more than 5 billion rubles each, with reciprocal investment obligations exceeding 1 billion rubles per agreement. These contracts are an essential component of our long-term strategy to ensure uninterrupted supply of modern and high-quality medications across various medical fields, as well as to develop investment activities and the business environment in the region," emphasized Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Chairman of the Government – Minister of Investments, Industry, and Science of the Moscow Region.
The Moscow Region is one of the leading Russian regions implementing offset contracts in the pharmaceutical sector. Each year, PSK Pharma supplies tens of thousands of packages of socially significant medications to the Moscow Region while developing a full-cycle production aimed at supporting the national healthcare system.
"Our mission is to improve patients' lives, so we strictly adhere to all commitments, including those under offset contracts. Our first agreement with the Moscow Region involved organizing the production of 26 drug names, while the second covered 19, including the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients for some of them. Thanks to the thoughtful long-term planning by the regional Ministry of Health, all selected drugs remain highly sought after," said Evgenia Shapiro, CEO of PSK Pharma.
She also noted that offset contracts play a crucial role in ensuring medication security for patients in healthcare institutions nationwide.
