Indications for Use:

Ticagrelor PSK administered concomitantly with acetylsalicylic acid is indicated for:

  • the prevention of atherothrombotic complications in adult patients aged 18 years and older with a history of myocardial infarction (happened one year or more ago) and a high risk of atherothrombotic complications.

For 60 mg:

  • the prevention of atherothrombotic complications in adult patients aged 50 years and older with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus, without a history of myocardial infarction and/or stroke, who have undergone percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).

For 90 mg:

  • for the prevention of stroke in adult patients aged 18 years and older with acute ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack.

This product is included in the Essential Drug List (EDL).
