Indications for Use: Sapropterin PSK is indicated for the treatment of hyperphenylalaninemia (HPA) in adults and children of all ages with phenylketonuria who are sensitive to this therapy.

Sapropterin PSK is also indicated for the treatment of HPA in adults and children of all ages with tetrahydrobiopyrin deficiency (BH4) who are sensitive to this therapy.

This product is included in the Essential Drug List (EDL).
