Indications for Use: Remdesivir PSK is indicated for the treatment of novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in adults and adolescents aged 12 to 18 years and weighing at least 40 kg:

• With pneumonia requiring supplemental oxygen therapy (low-flow or high-flow oxygen therapy or other methods of non-invasive ventilation at the start of treatment);
• At high risk of progression to severe COVID-19, who do not require supplemental oxygen therapy.

This product is included in the Essential Drug List (EDL).
