Adults (including elderly) and adolescents ≥ 16 years:

• Treatment of invasive candidiasis
• Treatment of esophageal candidiasis in patients requiring intravenous antifungal therapy
• Prophylaxis of candidiasis in patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or those expected to have neutropenia (neutrophil count < 500/μL) for 10 or more days

Children (including neonates) and adolescents < 16 years:

• Treatment of invasive candidiasis
• Prophylaxis of candidiasis in patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or those expected to have neutropenia (neutrophil count < 500/μL) for 10 or more days
