Indications for Use:

• For the treatment of adult patients from 18 years of age with mild to moderate Gaucher disease type 1 who are not suitable for enzyme replacement therapy.

• For the treatment of progressive neurological symptoms in adults and children with Niemann-Pick disease type C.

This product is included in the Essential Drug List (EDL).
