Indications for Use:

Adults: 

As an alternative to oral therapy when oral administration is not possible:

  • For gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in patients with esophagitis and/or severe reflux symptoms
  • For healing of peptic ulcers associated with the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
  • For prevention of peptic ulcers associated with the use of NSAIDs in at-risk patients
  • For prevention of recurrent peptic ulcer bleeding following endoscopic hemostasis

Children (aged 1 to 18 years):

As an alternative to oral therapy when oral administration is not possible:

  • For gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) in patients with erosive reflux esophagitis and/or severe reflux symptoms
