Indications for Use: Ademetionine PSK is indicated for the treatment of adults aged 18 years and older with:

• Intrahepatic cholestasis in precirrhotic and cirrhotic conditions, which may be observed in the following diseases:
• Hepatic steatosis (fatty liver disease)
• Chronic hepatitis
• Toxic liver injuries of various etiologies, including alcoholic, viral, and drug-induced (e.g., from antibiotics, antineoplastic, antituberculosis, and antiviral drugs, tricyclic antidepressants, oral contraceptives)
• Chronic acalculous cholecystitis
• Cholangitis
• Liver cirrhosis
• Encephalopathy, including that associated with hepatic insufficiency (including of alcoholic origin)
• Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy
• Symptoms of depression
